Vorapix Terms of Service

Version 3.1 · Effective date: October 24, 2026

Summary

You need to be at least 18 to use Vorapix, and you sign in with Google.
Generations use credits. Credits are deducted when a generation starts and returned automatically if it fails.
You can request a refund within 7 days of a purchase if you have used less than 5% of the credits from it. Automatic renewals are not refundable once the new billing period has started. See the Refund Policy.
Commercial use of your outputs is included with Business-level access. Outputs made without Business-level access are for personal, non-commercial use.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Vorapix (vorapix.ai) ("Vorapix", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the services available at https://vorapix.ai (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, purchasing credits or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you are authorized to accept them for yourself or for the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

2.1 What We Provide

Vorapix is an online service for AI video and image generation. It includes:

AI video generation from text prompts and images with a choice of AI video models
AI image generation
Photo enhancement and upscaling

The Service is a digital product delivered over the internet. Access and credits are granted immediately after a confirmed payment.

2.2 Third-Party AI Models

Vorapix is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any AI model developer. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models that you choose in the generator. The models currently available are:

The availability and performance of the Service depend on these models and on the providers that host them. We will endeavor to communicate significant disruptions in a timely manner. All content produced by the Service is generated by AI.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. Provide accurate and complete information, keep that account secure and do not share access to it.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Tell us at [email protected] if you notice any unauthorized use.
Keep the email address you use for billing up to date.
If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

4. Plans and Credits

Credits. Each generation uses credits according to the model, mode and settings you choose. The cost is shown before you generate. Credits are deducted when a generation starts and are returned automatically if the generation fails.
Subscription credits do not roll over. Credits included in a monthly plan are valid for the current billing period: they expire shortly after the period ends, and unused credits are cleared when the plan renews. Credits included in an annual plan are valid for 365 days.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits are valid for 365 days from purchase unless a different period is shown at checkout, and they are not affected if you cancel a subscription.
Free credits. New accounts receive 10 free credits, valid for 30 days. Free credits have no cash value.
Order of use. When you hold credits from more than one source, the credits closest to expiry are used first.
Usage limits. To keep the Service stable, the number of generations you can run at a time and per minute is limited and varies by plan.

Current plans, prices and credit amounts are shown on the Pricing page. We may change or discontinue features and plans, and we will give notice of significant changes. A price change to an existing subscription only applies from a later renewal, as described in Section 5.

5. Payment and Renewal

5.1 Recurring Billing Authorization

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel under Section 6. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5.2 Credit Pack Purchases

Each credit pack purchase is a one-time charge for the amount shown at checkout. There is no automatic top-up.

5.3 Payment Processors

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake and Stripe, of which Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record. Card details are handled only by PCI-DSS compliant processors and are never stored on our servers. Your processor emails a receipt for every successful charge, and Waffo Pancake also emails a reminder before each subscription renewal. When a merchant of record processes your payment, your card statement may show its name rather than "Vorapix".

5.4 Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST or sales tax) unless stated otherwise. Where the law requires it, the payment processor calculates and collects these taxes at checkout.

6. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing, or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Separately purchased credit packs are not affected.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short:

You can request a refund within 7 days of a purchase if you have used less than 5% of the credits from that purchase.
An approved refund covers the unused share of the purchase, minus a 5% processing fee.
Duplicate charges and billing errors on our side are refunded in full.
Automatic renewals are not refundable once the new billing period has started. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Credits that have been used are not refundable.
After a refund, the remaining credits from that purchase are removed from your account.
Rights you have under applicable consumer law (for example in the EU, the UK or Australia) are not affected.

8. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please email [email protected] before disputing it with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and correct confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

If you file a chargeback, then when we receive notice of it, the remaining credits from the disputed purchase are removed and new purchases on your account are paused. Purchases are re-enabled once we confirm the dispute has been resolved.

9. Your Content and Outputs

9.1 Ownership

Subject to these Terms, you own the AI-generated content produced from your inputs ("Outputs").

9.2 Commercial Use

Outputs you generate while your account has Business-level access (an active Business subscription, or an active Business Pack or Business Pack Max) may be used for commercial purposes. Outputs generated without Business-level access (for example, on the Free, Basic or Pro plans without an active Business Pack) are for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use must also respect Section 10, the conditions of the underlying model providers and the rights in any material you upload.

9.3 Your Inputs

You keep your rights in the prompts and files you submit ("Inputs"). You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your Inputs only to provide the Service. You must own or have permission to use everything you upload. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models.

9.4 Accuracy

AI-generated content can contain errors, artifacts or inaccuracies, and similar prompts can produce similar results for different users. Review Outputs before you use or publish them, and disclose that they are AI-generated where required. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models; we do not guarantee a particular output quality and accept no liability for outputs generated by those models.

9.5 Our Platform

We keep all rights in the Vorapix platform, brand and interface. Do not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the Service.

10. Content Policy

This section is our acceptable use policy. It applies to every prompt, upload and Output on the Service.

10.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

10.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload or share:

Sexual content (NSFW): sexually explicit, pornographic or nude content of any kind, including suggestive content of identifiable people.
Violence and gore: graphic violence, gore or torture, or content that promotes, glorifies or threatens violence, self-harm or terrorism.
Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar characteristics.
Child sexual abuse material and content that endangers minors (CSAM): any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors. We have zero tolerance: such accounts are closed and the content is reported to the relevant authorities.
Deepfakes and impersonation: content that shows or imitates a real person's face, voice or likeness without their consent, face swaps of real people, content that impersonates public or political figures, or content meant to deceive viewers about where it came from.
Copyright and trademark infringement: content that copies protected characters, works, brands or logos, or otherwise infringes someone else's intellectual property.

10.3 Other Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing or fraudulent.
Produce malware, phishing content or tools for cyberattacks.
Seek or produce technical instructions for creating chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass destruction.
Infringe the privacy rights of any third party.
Circumvent or interfere with the security features, content moderation or usage limits of the Service, including by using automated scripts or multiple accounts.
Resell or sub-license access to the Service or credits without our prior written approval.
Violate any applicable law, regulation or card network rule.

10.4 AI-Specific Prohibitions

You agree not to:

Use Inputs, Outputs, model responses or anything derived from them to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distil or otherwise develop an AI or machine learning model that competes with the Service.
Scrape or harvest Outputs at scale for purposes other than your own authorized use of the Service.
Present Outputs as real footage, or as the work of a human professional, where that could deceive or harm others.

10.5 How We Moderate Content

Automated prompt screening: every text prompt is screened by an automated content-safety service before generation. Prompts in a prohibited category are blocked and no credits are charged.
Automated upload screening: images and videos you upload are screened for content safety before they can be used in a generation. Files that fail screening cannot be used.
Automated output screening: generated content is screened by SeeAPI for content safety and is shown only after it passes. If screening rejects an output, fails or times out, the generation is marked as failed and its credits are returned automatically. This is a return of credits, not a payment refund.
Model safeguards: the AI models we use apply their own safety filters and may refuse a request.
Human review: our team reviews reported content and flagged accounts and decides on enforcement.
We keep records of moderation decisions to enforce this policy and to respond to lawful requests.

10.6 Reporting Violations

If you see content generated on Vorapix that breaks this policy, email [email protected] with the subject "Content Report", a link to or description of the content, and the reason. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and act promptly on confirmed violations. Reports involving child safety are handled first.

10.7 Enforcement

Depending on how serious a violation is, we may remove content, block requests, suspend or permanently close accounts, remove credits obtained through or used for violations, and report illegal content to the authorities. If you think we acted in error, email [email protected] with the subject "Appeal" and we will review it.

11. Privacy and Data Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Card details are processed only by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers. To delete your account, email [email protected] from your registered email address. We remove your access promptly and delete your account data and generated content within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUTS. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular generation speed or a particular output quality.

12.2 AI Output Disclaimer

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unrealistic. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VORAPIX AND ITS OPERATOR ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you generate or upload.

13. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if the law requires it. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will announce material changes by email or by a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect, and update the version and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remains in effect.
